I just wanted to let you know that I received my order yesterday as promised. I just want to say that in all my mail order experiences through the years, I have never seen anything packed with more care. It's very obvious that you treasure the merchandise, just as much as the receiver will.

Much to my surprise, I received a call from St. Croix telling me that Pessoa informed them that the saddle was 26 years old! My client Amy B. and her daughter Ali were there today (4/18/08) upon my recommendation to look at used saddles. Amy called me on her cell phone afterwards to say how totally happy and surprised they were at their "special" treatment at your store. They commented that the 2 saddles I had picked out from your web site were set aside for them. You asked questions and professionally fit the saddle to Ali, helped with fittings etc. And they could actually try the saddle out on the horse to make sure it fit. I will be seeing them on Sunday.
