Q: I want to reserve a stall but am undecided on
which classes I would like to enter - can I reserve a stall and register for
A: Yes, it is
best to get your paid stall reservation in as soon as possible as there is a
limited number of stalls. First paid, first stalled (sorry, no exceptions). Stalls are non-refundable unless you are put
on a wait list and do not get a stall.
Q: How do I know if I didn’t get a stall?
A: We will notify you if the stalls are full and
put you on a wait list. Assigned stalls
will be posted online typically one-two days before the show. Stall charts will be posted at the show.
Q: Can I reserve a stall with credit card payment?
A: Yes; however, there is a 5% credit card fee (non-refundable).
Q: I’m showing dressage. Do I need a different show number if I’m also
going to show hunter and/or jumper classes?
A: No, once your horse has been assigned a show
number (show number stays with the horse, NOT the rider), you will use that
same show number with each discipline.
Q: Can I enter more than one discipline?
The rings run simultaneously, so it just takes a little
communication. The gate people are very
good at keeping track if you let them know ahead of time.
For example, if you are riding dressage and are entering hunter classes and
believe the times may conflict, you should go see the hunter gate person and
let them know which hunter class(es) you entered and let them know your
dressage times. Then the gate person can
make a note so they can wait for you in the hunter ring, if necessary.
Q: Can I enter a dressage test that is not listed?
Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for prior approval. If approved, you will still be responsible
for providing your own scoresheets.
Q: Do you offer musical freestyle as a class?
A: No, sorry, we are not equipped to handle
Q: What is appropriate show attire for the Three
Ring Circus Schooling Show?
A: All competitors must wear an approved helmet
and appropriate riding boots when mounted.
NO EXCEPTIONS. The rest is up to
the rider – basically, neat and tidy, presenting yourself well.
Q: How do I scratch from a hunter and/or jumper class?
A: You will need to complete and submit an
“Add/Scratch” form found in the show office.
The original will stay with the show office and you will need to take
the copy to the ring gate person.
No refunds will be made after
your class has begun.
Q: What if it rains?
A: The show will continue and only be stopped if
the weather becomes dangerous.
Q: Can I bring a horse and not show him/her?
A: Yes, there is a $10.00 insurance fee for the
Q: Will there be a food vendor at the show?
Q: Where do I find my score?

jumper scores will be found at the ribbon/hospitality tent.
