Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to my country?
 

At this time, we ship only to the United States. There may be additional shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
 
Return new, unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items shipped after November 20 may be returned until January 31 of the following year. We are unable to accept returns for undergarments and special custom orders.

Returned items that were originally shipped free of charge will have the shipping amount deducted from the refund. Product exchanges will be charged the standard shipping rate even if the original item was shipped free of charge. You will receive a full refund and return shipping if your order is shipped incorrectly or if an item is defective.

Please enclose a copy of your original receipt and a note in the package as to why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service. We will issue a refund, credit, or exchange depending upon the method of payment. Items that were purchased with a gift certificate will be credited to a gift certificate.

If anything is damaged in your order, please save the item, carton, and packing material. Please call us immediately for instructions on how to return the damaged item. For tracking purposes, we recommend you send your return via UPS or FedEx.

How do I return my product?
  Please return products with an explanation and a copy of your original receipt. We prefer that shipments be done by UPS or FedEx, but you may ship to us by any method.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 1-800-994-0831 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
