HOLIDAY RETURNS ARE EXTENDED TO JANUARY 31st
(This includes all products received from 12/15 to 12/31)
 
You may return any product for any reason within 30 days of receipt
provided it is unused. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist
you with a prompt refund, exchange or store credit. We are unable to
accept returns for undergarments and special custom orders.

Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result
of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).
Free Shipping items that are returned without being defective,
damaged or in error will be refunded minus the cost of the shipping.
 
For your protection,
we encourage you to send your return via UPS. If you request a refund,
your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return.
 
Product exchanges will be charged the standard shipping rate including
products that originally shipped for free. 
 
Please enclose a copy of your original receipt and a note in the
 package as to why you decided to return our product so that we
can improve our service. We will issue a refund, credit or exchange
 depending upon the method of payment. All returns are handled promptly.
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped,
please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item.
