ONLINE RETURNS

Return new, unused items along with all original packaging and tags, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items shipped after November 20 may be returned until January 31.

We are unable to accept returns for undergarments, sprays or liquids, helmets, and special custom orders. In addition, due to health concerns, we are unable to accept returns on bits. Sorry, no exceptions.

Returned items that were originally shipped free of charge will have our actual paid shipping amount deducted from the refund. Product exchanges will be charged the standard shipping rate even if the original item was shipped free of charge. You will receive a full refund and return shipping if your order is shipped incorrectly or if an item is defective.

Please enclose a note in the
package as to why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service. We will issue a refund, credit, or exchange depending upon the method of payment and return policy. Items that were purchased with a gift certificate will be credited to a gift certificate.

If anything is damaged in your order, please save the item, carton, and packing material and contact us immediately for instructions on how to return the damaged item. For tracking purposes, we recommend you send your return via UPS or FedEx.
