Try Before You Buy!
SADDLE TRIAL AGREEMENT(SORRY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP SADDLESOUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES)
It is our pleasure to allow our valued customers the opportunity to take saddles out on trial for a specific time period.
For insurance purposes, your credit card will need to be authorized prior to shipping the requested saddle. This will secure the funds on your card, but will not actually be deducted from your account until you approve the saddle for purchase.
All shipping ($36.95 per saddle) will be charged separately and is not refundable.
You will have three days from the time the saddle is received to try the saddle. Should you decide to buy the saddle, we ask that you contact the store at (800) 994-0831 or e-mail us so we can process the sale and send you a receipt.
If you need to return the saddle on trial, you are responsible for return shipping. Please use UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you insure the saddle using its price for the declared value when returning.
We ask that you take the following steps to ensure the careful care of the saddle. - Please do not clean or oil new or used saddles.
- Protect the saddle from stirrup leather marks by wrapping the leathers in a sock with the feet cut out, or wrap well with plastic wrap.
- Keep the saddle covered and protected, except when test riding.
- Please contact the store within the allotted time as to whether you will keep or return the saddle.
** We reserve the right to put through your payment if you do not
contact us within 24 hours of the trial return date.**
