SADDLE TRIAL AGREEMENT(SORRY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP SADDLES
OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES)
It is our pleasure to allow our valued customers the opportunity to
take saddles out on trial for a specific time period. For insurance purposes,
your creditcard will need to be authorized prior to shipping you a saddle.
This will secure the funds on your card, but will not actually be deducted from
your account until you approve the saddle for purchase.
All shipping ($36.95 per saddle) will be charged separately
and is not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping.
Should you decide to buy the saddle,
we ask that you contact the storee at (800) 994-0831
or e-mail us so we can process the sale and send you a receipt.
We ask that you take the following steps to ensure the careful
care of the saddle.
1). Please do not clean or oil new or used saddles.
2). Protect the saddle from stirrup leather marks by wrapping the leathers
in a sock with the feet cut out, or wrap well with plastic wrap.
3). Keep the saddle covered and protected, except when test riding.
4). Please contact the store within the alloted time as to whether
you will keep or return the saddle.
** We reserve the right to put through your payment if you do not
contact us within 24 hours of the trial return date.
