Velcro fastenings at shoulders and sides allow for growth and provide simple adjustments. Reflective tape across back increases visibility at night. Removable foam lining. Micro mesh lining and nylon exterior are fully machine washable. MEETS ASTM-F-1937, CEl LEVEL 3 AND EN:NO:13158:2000 world standards.
